What is the exact address of the Berlin Exhibition Site?

Are pets permitted at the exhibition ground?
No, it is not allowed to take pets to the exhibition grounds. The Messe Berlin does not have accommodation facilities at the entrance area.
Tickets
How can I buy tickets for the BUS2BUS?
Tickets are available exclusively online, also vouchers can only be redeemed online. There will be no box office on site.

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with PayPal, credit card and giropay in the online ticketshop.
Can I use my ticket at any day during the trade show?
Yes, the day pass can be used any day of the trade show.
Is it possible to buy tickets on site as well?
No, tickets are only available online. The vouchers can also only be redeemed online.
Can I use my ticket (1 day) multiple times per day?
No, the one day ticket only allows the visitor to enter the fair once a day. As soon as you leave the exhibition grounds, your ticket cannot be used a second time. In case you have to interrupt your visit due to urgent matters, please contact a supervisor in the entrance hall before leaving.
Is the BUS2BUS Ticket also valid for public transport (BVG & S-Bahn)?
No, public transport is not included.
Is my ticket transferable?
No. The tickets are personalized and non-transferable.

Is the BUS2BUS located in an environmental zone?
No, the exhibition grounds are located outside of the environmental zone of Berlin. This zone starts immediately towards the inner-city.
