BUS2BUS 2024: A journey into the future

In April 2024 the bus and supply industry will be meeting in Berlin. Early Bird rates for exhibitors until 31 October. In search of new ideas: apply now until 29 February for the Fresh Travel Award.

BUS2BUS, the mobility trade fair, is expanding and from 24 to 25 April 2024 will take place on a much-enlarged display area. In order to satisfy demand the event will be held in hub27, the largest and best-equipped hall on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. With ample space of around 10,000 square metres, it is no coincidence that it has been dubbed a “spatial miracle”.

Key bus industry players have already registered

This is space that BUS2BUS needs, as high-profile manufacturers including MAN, Daimler Buses, Ebusco, VDL Bus & Coach, IVECO, Otokar, Altas, Van Hool, Karsan, Anadolu Isuzu, Ikarus, MCV and many other leading companies have already booked their places.

Early Bird rates for exhibitors: discounts from now until 31 October 2023

The early bird catches the worm! Companies who want to exhibit at BUS2BUS still have until 31 October to secure an Early Bird discount, thus saving up to 50 euros per square metre. This offer is valid regardless of whether they want to attend with a custom design or decide on a fully equipped stand.

Mobility designers are experimenting with futuristic shapes, transparent surfaces and energy-saving lighting in order to create modern, attractive buses. Together with sustainable drives, these new designs are contributing decisively to the public image of bus travel.

As the trade fair for bus industry innovations, BUS2BUS is emphasising this approach with “Fresh Travel”. In April 2024 BUS2BUS will for the second time present the Fresh Travel Award. Companies, but also individuals – and in particular students – have from now until 29 February 2024 to submit their ideas for designing vehicles and interiors, innovative travel concepts, travel packages and smart safety and assistance systems. Special Fresh Travel topic: the travel hub of the future

The journey begins on board, and even motorway services are part of the travel experience. Ideas are required to ensure they become the travel hubs of the future. How can they be equipped with smart lighting systems? Which digital information systems offer travellers genuine added value? And beyond catering, what other functions can motorway services fulfil?

A jury of experts will honour the best entry with the BUS2BUS Fresh Travel Award live at BUS2BUS 2024.
